Hi, I’m Bob Larson, a data nerd and privacy geek from Minnesota.

I built Runway because I wanted a simple way to answer a simple question: “Do I have enough money in my checking account to cover my upcoming bills?”

I couldn’t find a tool I liked that gave me a clear cash-flow forecast without requiring me to connect my bank accounts, create an account, or send my financial data to someone else’s servers.

So I built one.
